Level Playing Field is a charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to level up athletes by providing high-quality, state-of-the-art training and access to sports opportunities without barriers. Founded by Pro Ball Player and Athlete Development Expert, Coach Justin Monroe, our vision is to create an inclusive space where every athlete can thrive, regardless of financial, transportation, or other limitations.
Access to high-level sports training and select teams often excludes athletes due to financial constraints, limited transportation, and lack of experience. This issue disproportionately affects children from minority backgrounds.
We aim to level the playing field by fostering equity, inclusion, and access in sports participation and development.
To empower athletes through accessible, high-quality sports training and development, removing barriers and creating an inclusive environment for all.
Creating opportunities for athletes from diverse backgrounds, ensuring sports are accessible regardless of race or income.

Promoting sports participation through community events, fostering a sense of belonging and teamwork among young athletes.
At Level Playing Field, athletes don’t just train—they grow. Every participant gains more than skills on the court; they gain confidence, character, and community. Our programs are designed to develop the whole athlete, combining elite coaching with mentorship, academic support, and opportunities that extend far beyond sports. Here, athletes get more access, more encouragement, and more pathways to success—because when the playing field is level, potential has no limits.
